You will not believe that BABC is not only about camping. The list got at least 10 things for you to explore while you are here. And, each of them are amazingly affordable.
Since BABC was mainly a camping site we will start the summary from how much it will cost you to stay overnight in this beautiful nature. Of course, you will firstly need to pass the entrance squad.
#1 Entrance fee
After short ride from the main road you will have to make a stop for a pice of paper for everyone. The paper is your ticket to your list of excitement. The value of each ticket is 10k/person and is complimentary for children under 10.
#2 Camping the BABC
BABC got several tents option i.e. Glamping, they got two units that each will cost you 440k/night; Dome (1 unit), cost the same as Glamping and got private deck on the front; VIP Tent (17 units), come with 2 mattrasses on both sides, 340k/night; Medium Tent (23 unit), without matrass, 170k/night; Own Tent, they will allocate you on the lower ground that is closer to the cliff, 30k/person; Campervan, bring your own campervan for 60k/person. The location would be next to the camping entrance and the view from this site is gorgeous.
In case if you need additional matrass they would be happy to offer you at 50k/unit.
#3 Food and Beverages
They are not even strict with meal policy; you can bring your own, get from on-site-warung or order a Megibung. The Warung offers some basic snacks including chocolate bars, instant noodles, crackers, Tipat Cantok, soft drinks and even local beer. They applied Warung-price that is lower than any convenient stores.
The last option would be Megibung. This must be new to you unless if you are Balinese. It consists of some white rice, skewers, soup and veggies that's hold be good for 4 people (minimum order is strictly for 4 people). This friendly and intimate way of having meal will cost you 70k/person. Bottled water and ice tea are included.
#4 Trekking
The 2 hours trekking through the peak of Bukit Asah would cost you 250k for 2 people, which is the minimum participants. The guide will bring you up the hills that offer stunning view from eagle perspective. They will serve you with fresh young coconut along the way. If you have third person coming with you, the cost is 50k/person.
#5 Sunset Cruise
Don't missed the experience to witness the Bukit from the sea! The cliff and Slope are not fully visible from the camping ground. Sunset Cruise and fishing will both start from Virgin beach. Cruise will take roughly 2 hours while fishing can slightly be longer. The cost for hunting the Sunset is 500k/trip for maximum 4 people, and the fishing trip is slightly higher at 600k/trip the same number of people.
Let's say you bring back to the ground some Tuna and Red Snappers. Stay relax! They can cook for you at 200k, easy.
#6 Prawedding Set Up
Make your very special moment without series of preparation. BABC is opened for romance couple who wish to have their prewedding photos somewhere between the rocky coast, white sandy beaches, green slope and other back-to-90s-spots.
They will set the ground with some boats parade as background. You can take the utmost of the whole compound including the boat itself for some unique photos. The set up would be 3.500k/session including other venues.
#7 Make Up Artist (Balinese Costume)
They can also do the make up that will cost you exactly the same amount as the set up. But this one will give you totally different look, which is traditional Balinese royal costume. Make up, costume and venue is included in the rate (3.500k)
#8 Venue Rental
Well, you got your own photographer, own costume, own concept and own make up artist. All you need now is the venue, and this place is on your list. Fine, you can do that at only 500k per session, maximum 3 hours.
#9 Virgin Beach
The beach is home to hundreds fishermen of Bugbug village. The beach is stretched about a kilometer long that it's coastal is fully covered by traditional boats.
Virgin beach is great for swim, cruise and fishing.
Local authority is planning to open a restaurant somewhere between the boats, which will happen anytime in 2022. Parking fee is set as low as 5k per visit for a car and 2k for motorbike.
#10 The Phenomenal Gate: Sang Hyang Ambu
The gate is now on progress, about 10% to completion. It supposed to lead the way to Gumang Temple that is located about 3 km, overlooking to the ocean.
This gate is not part of BABC but is located in the same village. It takes about 10 minutes ride to the BABC from here and the view they have to offer just as great.
Entrance fee and other possible costs are set by donation, which is around IDR20k to IDR30k per person [H]
